It's rare today to find music that's both powerful and intelligible. Great White are one of the most under-rated bands that helped shape the "metal" sound of the 80's who are still serving up new albums in the 90's, to be enjoyed in the auditory "pallet," much like a very fine wine, and bringing to the forefront of my own music collection a west coast sound that differs from all the rest. Treat yourself to powerful rockers, and mellow rock-ballads. As evidenced by their staying power in the music scene, Great White will surely catch up on the songs they missed in this collection with a follow-up "Best Of II," and, if not, well... This collection is an excellent choice for the half-hearted fan, you know, those not really sure if it's cool to like Great White. TRUST ME, IT'S COOL TO LIKE 'EM. They truly are Great. Thanks Guys...
